For MyEarnings exports, use the YTD sheet/file by itself. Monthly P1–P9 tabs contain the same transactions and must not be appended to YTD. Map signed net quantities and actual transaction dates. US text dates use MM/DD/YYYY. Filter out non-P/LT products and non-purchase transactions before import. Coverage dates describe the report period, even if no purchase occurred on its first or last day.

H2 Success Accelerator
The supplied HTML subtracts standard RPB from the letter's campaign rates for Bib 500+. The letter labels $8–$22 as campaign incentive and $4–$11 as reference-only AAD RPB. Both interpretations are available; confirm the payable treatment with your representative. Bib 250 is $2 under either interpretation.

Choose target/goal columns, not actual sales or payment amounts. Use the same dealer in both reports. L2 is 24 units per POS above L1; target units across all locations are divided by Retail POS locations first.
All Michelin, BFGoodrich and Uniroyal units combined. Each quarter compares with the same quarter in 2025. Level 1: +36 units per POS at $2 per tire. Level 2: +60 units per POS at $3 per tire.
Each Growth Catalyst quarter stands on its own. Targets are not cumulative. Missed targets cannot be made up in a later quarter, including Q4. Any qualifying Growth bonus applies only to that quarter’s eligible units.

Loyalty logic is adapted from “LOYALTY MIX CALCULATOR.xlsx”, Sheet2, B2:F5 and C10, supplied with the October 2, 2026 program documents.
Monthly targets are reproduced exactly as printed; their rounded monthly sums can differ from the annual Bib commitment. Monthly history checks indicate volume and loyalty status, not a confirmed payment ledger or a catch-up payment rule. Full-year projections use YTD units ÷ elapsed months × 12. Elapsed months include the fraction of the reporting month through Numbers as of; these are straight-line estimates, not seasonal forecasts. Growth requires prior-year AAD activity and other program requirements. All results assume reported, eligible transactions and an eligible retail dealer.
